Delivery
We can deliver across Central Scotland using our own vans and drivers. This ensures that your flooring will arrive with you in pristine condition. Most orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for the delivery.
We may also be able to deliver further afield using a courier or pallet service - please contact us for details.
Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the products are in their packaging and are brand new and unused. Please note that we cannot accept returns on carpets or vinyl which has been cut to a custom size.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Refunds will generally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

The Malmo Range of Tone-on-tone design rugs, featuring a textured cut and flat pile to give a 3D effect.
The rug is so durable it is also suitable for outdoor use.
The use of an Anti-Slip rug grip is recommended indoors on hard surfaces.
